ATTACK&TONE
Attack and Tone is a high intensity based class that will enable you to increase your fitness to a new level. It also has a Core Toning Element that will help you firm up the floppy bits. It is internationally acclaimed and has great motivational music. It provides challenging , but basic routines that will enable you to get fit, stay fit and get fitter. If you want to get fit and burn calories this is the class for you!Warning this class could seriously reduce your waistline!! Suitable for beginners to advanced
Saturday circuits
This class is specificaly designed for those who want fast and effective results .It Incorporates good basic cicuit style training which will enable you to work at your own pace and get the results you want fast.It is suitable for all and is especialy if you do not like Chorography based training as no co-ordination is required.It is definitly a good all round body workout suitable for 16--65+ and great fun ! Sat 9.30am-10.30If you havent done any exercise for a while this is a good way back into it.
With no presure no competition ,its just you against yourself. Great workout !
Fittness Pilates (Beginers)
This is a Pilates based workout using techniques to strengthen the core, improve posture, and general well being. It is a derivative of the famous Joseph Pilates workout but is more fittness based. It is suitable for all and will really help you improve your core stability, posture and overall fittness.It is a gentle class that helps you think more about your exercise ,helps you relax and get a good all round body workout ...in a gentle way .
